RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. Smoking is strictly forbidden within the hotel premises. Any guests breaching the smoking ban may be asked to leave and required to pay a fee of USD 300 to cover the cleaning costs.
  2. The hotel only accommodates guests who register properly. Upon arrival, guests are required to provide valid ID and to fill in and sign a registration card. Only then will guests receive the key to their room.
  3. In exceptional cases, the hotel reserves the right to offer the guests another room than the one they originally booked. The offered room may not significantly differ from the room that was originally booked.
  4. Bookings that are not confirmed (pre-authorization) will be reserved for 17 hours, unless agreed otherwise.
  5. A guest that has booked a single room and received a booking confirmation from the hotel will only be charged for a single room even if a larger room is provided.
  6. If it is not possible to prolong the guests stay in the same room as they have been staying in, the hotel may provide a different room.
  7. The hotel is NOT responsible for the guests’ possessions or any damage to the guests’ possessions.
  8. Guests’ visitors are permitted in the hotel’s common areas. Guests’ visitors are only permitted in the rooms between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. once the visitor has been approved by reception and registered in the logbook. Outside of the visiting hours only guests staying at the hotel are permitted to enter the accommodation rooms.
  9. Guests many not move the furniture in their room or in the hotel’s common areas.
  10. Guests may not use their own electrical appliances within the hotel premises. This does not include personal hygiene appliances (hairdryers, electric shavers, etc.), computing equipment (laptops), and chargers for computing equipment and small electric devices (laptops, cameras).
  11. For safety reasons, children under the age of ten must be accompanied by an adult at all times throughout the premises. The adult is fully responsible for any possible harm to the child.
  12. Dogs and other animals are only permitted if the owners provide a health certificate for the animal. Dogs and other animals are not allowed on the hotel beds or on any other furniture and they may not enter the restaurant. Guests will be charged for their pets in accordance with the current prices.
  13. Guests are required to respect the night-time peace between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
  14. Guests are responsible for any damage they may cause to hotel property.
  15. Guests must check out before noon on the last day of their stay, unless agreed otherwise. If guests do not check out on time, they will be charged either an extra “daytime fee” or for another full day of accommodation.
  16. Guests must turn off the taps, close the windows, turn off the lights and close the room’s front door before leaving the room. Upon leaving the hotel premises, the room to the key must be handed in at the reception desk.
  17. Guests must pay the accommodation and service fees, according to the current prices, at the beginning of their stay. If the guest decides to prolong his/her stay, the guest must settle his/her account in the restaurant at least every three days. Guests must check out and settle their account before leaving the hotel.
  18. Intoxicated guests may be asked to leave the hotel premises.
  19. Guests are obliged to read the Rules and Regulations. In the case of a breach of the Rules and Regulations, the hotel management may end the guests stay before the original check-out date.
These Rules and Regulations are valid from 1 December 2019.
